June 6th, 2021. It was a fairly hot day when I painted this but I was set up in the light shade of a honey locust tree so it was comfortable. Got some thumbs up from some bus drivers who were high enough to get a good glimpse of the painting and were stopped at the light. I asked the one, “do you like your job?” He replied “I LOVE it!!” I told him he’s set for life then Those buses make huge gusts of wind if they drive by with some momentum. Hold onto your painting!
