I thought this might make an interesting painting. The fountain’s upper tier of water spray wasn’t working much of this summer so only the lower jets can be seen doing their water thing. A Browns game was going on across the way and I could hear the crowd noise (alas, more moaning than cheering) as the game went on. Had the game on my phone and there was a considerable delay between what was being described and the already heard real time moaning.
